Our school uses SchoolDocs to maintain and update our policies and procedures. This site is available to our school community.
SchoolDocs provides us with a comprehensive core set of policies which have been well researched and follow the Ministry of Education National Administration Guidelines. The policies and procedures are tailored to our school, and the school supplies specific information such as our charter, and procedures for behaviour management, reporting to parents, etc.
Our board of trustees has the opportunity to view changes / additions and comment on them before they are implemented. We will advise you when policies are up for review and how you can take part in the review.
What’s new?
Throughout the year, the SchoolDocs team updates content to reflect regulatory and legislative changes, and makes improvements for clarity, readability, and purpose.

Reviews
Each term, the whole school community is invited to review and comment on specific policies and procedures. This feedback is captured using the review button on topics that are under review.
The review topics for each term are listed on the Current Review and Review Instructions page.
General Feedback
At any time, members of the school community can send general feedback on a topic to the school by clicking the green feedback button at the top right of the page.
