This fast-paced, ridiculously funny production saw students embrace a broad range of characters as they told the story of a small New Zealand town standing up to an exploiting property developer. Beyond the hilarious gags and brilliant chorus moments, the play offered a poignant, satirical look at big-money profiteering and community spirit.
Directed by Mr Hudson, the production was a true collaborative effort both on stage and off. While our talented actors brought the story to life, the student crew worked tirelessly behind the scenes handling stage management, props, and costume design to pull the show together seamlessly.
It was a fantastic crowd-pleaser and a memorable way for our Senior Drama students to complete their Term 3 assessment. A massive congratulations to all our incredible student performers and the dedicated team working behind the scenes!
